NEW! HIIT: 45 minutes of intervals of cardio and weight training fol-lowed by 15 minutes of abdominal/core work. All Fitness Levels.X-Fit: Improve strength, stamina, balance, speed, endurance, power, accuracy, coordination, agility, and flexibility with X-FIT. This class is an extremely intense conditioning class, with a specific focus on building core strength. Tons of fun and never the same workout twice. Can you handle it? There are two instructors for this class. Each one teaches the class differently, but it is guaranteed to make you sweat and your heart race. You will not want to miss this class! Intermediate/Advanced Level.Circuit Training: Ultimate Caloric Burn! Build strength and stamina with this cardio-focused, high intensity workout: timed stations set up in a sequence with alternating exercises to target opposing muscle groups, short rest periods in between stations. All fitness levels.TRX/Kettlebell Fusion: Blast fat and sculpt muscles with a unique, demanding blend of TRX and kettlebell intervals. Kettlebell exercises train the entire body at once enhancing the activities of everyday life. This class incorporates multiple levels of difficulty making it the ulti-mate challenge. 45 MIN. Intermediate/Advanced level.Take it to YOUR LIMIT (TTYL): A sports and performance class in-corporating acceleration and deceleration exercises accompanied by tempo changes. Plyometric based class utilizing various tools such as Bosu, boxes, body bars, etc. 30 MIN. Intermediate LevelLunch Crunch: 45 minute workout designed to make you sweat boot camp style!! All fitness levels.Group Cycling:Cycle30: 30 minutes of indoor cycling on our fourth floor. Vinyasa Yoga immediately following this class at 6pm; the perfect combination of classes. All Fitness levels.Cycle Express: 45 minutes of cycling. All Fitness LevelsYoga & Pilates:Pilates Express: This 30 minute mat Pilates class will guide you through exercises that will improve your posture, core strength, bal-ance, and body awareness. Guaranteed to invigorate. All fitness levels.Vinyasa Yoga: This class will increase flexibility, encourage correct posture, proper breathing and general wellness. All Fitness Levels. Modifications will be given.Combination Classes:Cycle/Yoga: 30 minutes of Cycling followed by 30 minutes of Yoga, stretch, or Pilates. All Fitness Levels. Modifications will be given.
