Group Fitness Instructor Hannah completed her 200-hour teacher training at Blue Fire Yoga in Okinawa, Japan and will complete the final module of her RYT 500 certification in San Francisco this summer with instructor Jason Crandell.
Hannah started her yoga journey when she was 16 with her passion deepening over the past decade. Coupling her early influence by the Iyengar yoga tradition with her advanced training with Jason, her students can enjoy classes that are anchored in precise alignment but also provide plenty of room to play and flow.
To complement her personal yoga practice, Hannah has incorporated weight training into her fitness routine, discovering not only increased strength in her yoga practice, but also a deeper understanding of our physical structure itself. With her unique skill set and experience in teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, wherever you are—or want to go—in your yoga practice, Hannah is ready to help you discover and be your best self.
