BURN: A circuit training class using medicine balls and Jump ropes consisting of upper and lower body exercises to integrate flexibility , balance , strength and cardio elements. All Fitness Levels.

CardioBox: Features a powerful series of combinations that include punches, jabs, kicks, drills, and jump rope. All Fitness Levels.

Chisel: Improves your muscular endurance, helps build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, tone, and definition. Kettle Bells, Hand Weights and bars are used. All Fitness Levels.

Cycle & Core: Cycling on our fourth floor followed by core work ; the perfect combination of classes. All Fitness Levels.

Cycle Xpress: 45 minutes of cycling. All Fitness Levels.

TRX / Kettlebell: Blast fat and sculpt muscles with a unique, demanding blend of TRX and kettlebell intervals. Kettlebell exercises train the entire body at once enhancing the activities of everyday life. This class incorporates multiple levels of difficulty making it the ultimate challenge. Intermediate / Advanced Fitness Levels.

TTYL: “Take it to YOUR LIMIT” is a sports and performance class incorporating acceleration and deceleration exercises accompanied by tempo changes. Plyometric based class utilizing various tools such as Bosu, boxes, body bars, etc. Intermediate Fitness Level.

Vinyasa Flow: This class will increase flexibility, encourage correct posture, proper breathing and general wellness. All Fitness Levels. Modifications will be given. All Fitness Levels.

X-FIT: This awesome cross-training class moves you through intervals of cardio and weighted resistance. Plyometrics, drills, and strength stations utilizing all strength-building toys! Battle ropes, tires, rings, Jump Boxes, kettlebells, slam balls, etc. You will not want to miss this class! Intermediate / Advanced Fitness Level.

Yoga: This class will increase flexibility, encourage correct posture, proper breathing and general wellness. Modifications will be given. All Fitness Levels.

Yoga Flow: A dynamic flow of postures balancing effort, awareness, and breath. A vigorous, yet accessible class for any level from new students to advanced practitioners. Expect fluid transitions from pose to pose, seamlessly linking body, breath, and movement all to a rockin’ playlist. Yoga heals, detoxifies and strengthens the entire body while providing you with the necessary tools to connect the mind, body and spirit in perfect harmony. Be ready to sweat! Be ready to breathe! All Fitness Levels.

Zumba: An exciting class full of Latin and Exotic music flavors. The routine features aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps. no dance experience is needed. All Fitness Levels.
